Manufacturing process of water-cooled plate !

2026-06-07

Our water-cooled plates utilize mature precision machining technology, with strict control over accuracy, sealing, and heat dissipation performance throughout the entire process. The core processes are as follows:

  1. Plate Cutting: High-quality aluminum alloy and other base materials are selected and precisely cut according to the dimensions in the drawings to ensure uniform material specifications.
  2. Cooling Channel Machining: Internal cooling channels are fabricated using milling, drilling, and deep cavity machining processes. The channel structure conforms to the heat dissipation design, ensuring efficient coolant flow.
  3. Surface Treatment: Deburring, cleaning, and degreasing are performed sequentially to remove processing impurities, improve surface smoothness, and enhance subsequent bonding strength.
  4. Sealing and Welding: Vacuum brazing, friction stir welding, and argon arc welding are used to complete the sealing welding of the plate. The welds are uniform and strong, eliminating the risk of leakage at the source.
  5. Precision Machining: Secondary precision milling and tapping are performed on the interfaces, mounting holes, and positioning surfaces, strictly controlling dimensional tolerances and assembly accuracy.
  6. Pressure & Airtightness Testing: Each unit undergoes water pressure and air pressure resistance testing and airtightness leak detection to ensure there are no leaks.
  7. Surface Anti-corrosion Treatment: Anodizing, spraying, or other protective treatments are applied according to usage requirements to improve the product's corrosion resistance and appearance.
  8. Final Inspection and Packaging: A comprehensive re-inspection of appearance, dimensions, and performance is conducted. After passing inspection, the products are packaged and stored according to specifications.
