Product Overview

This liquid cold plate adopts solid-state Friction Stir Welding (FSW) technology, with high-thermal-conductivity aluminum alloy or copper as the base material. It is manufactured through precision CNC channel milling and integrated FSW sealing. Featuring compact structure and reliable sealing, it serves as a core high-efficiency liquid-cooling component for high-power equipment, widely used in heat dissipation of rack-mounted devices, precision instruments, industrial power modules and more.

Core Process

It applies non-melting solid-state welding technology. No brazing filler, pores or cold joints are produced during welding. High-speed stirring enables plastic bonding of plates for seamless sealing of channel cavities. Compared with traditional brazing and fusion welding, it greatly improves sealing performance and structural strength, passes strict air tightness tests, and eliminates liquid leakage risks.
