Product Overview

Vacuum brazed liquid cold plates are manufactured with high-precision vacuum brazing technology. Composed of upper & lower cover plates and an internal channel plate precisely laminated together, they are integrally brazed in a vacuum environment. With well-structured internal micro-channels or conventional channels and sufficient heat exchange area, they are mainstream liquid-cooling components for high-power electronic devices, suitable for heat dissipation of rack-mounted equipment, industrial electronic controls, energy storage systems and medical instruments.

Core Technology

Multi-layer plates achieve metallurgical bonding through uniform melting of special brazing filler inside a high-vacuum sealed furnace. Oxygen-free welding throughout the process delivers dense welds free of oxidation, pores and cold joints. The finished plate features high flatness, non-deformed channels and stable air tightness.
