Our Hi-Contact Liquid Cold Plates feature advanced 2-pass tube technology that optimizes the contact area between liquid tubes and cooling surfaces to deliver superior thermal performance. The patented geometry ensures maximum tube-to-plate and tube-to-device contact, minimizing interface resistance across all contact surfaces.

To further enhance performance, we apply thermal epoxy to the tube/plate joint, creating a gap-free thermal interface between the tube and cold plate.

Our liquid cold plate systems utilize pumps to circulate coolant through heat pipes, effectively dissipating heat. The heat absorption components are designed to manage thermal loads from various applications including computer CPUs, North Bridge chips, graphics cards, lithium batteries, 5G communication equipment, UPS systems, energy storage systems, and large photovoltaic inverters, SVG/SVC systems.
