Heat pipes are highly efficient heat-conducting components with thermal transfer efficiency dozens of times greater than metals. Since their introduction to radiator manufacturing, heat pipe modules—composed of heat pipes, heat sinks, fins, and fans—effectively solve heat dissipation challenges in space-constrained or high-heat-concentration applications, overcoming limitations of traditional cooling methods.
The through-type heat pipe module features high-density fins attached to the heat dissipation end via welding.
