When air-cooled heat sinks prove inadequate for high watt densities, liquid-cooled cold plates provide the ideal high-performance heat transfer solution.

Custom Cold Plate Solutions
The drive toward higher power and more compact packages makes liquid cooling essential in many applications. Partnering with OEMs, UCHI supplies custom cold plates for electronics cooling and other applications where high performance and reliability are critical. Our portfolio includes vacuum-brazed and Friction Stir Welded (FSW) performance-fin cold plates and chassis, flat tube cold plates, and tubed cold plates.
Manufacturing Process
Each heat sink undergoes multiple processes including drawing design, CNC machining, friction stir welding, soldering, assembly, skiving and extrusion, testing, and finally surface treatment.
Applications
Our heat sinks and water cold plates serve multiple industries including transportation, CPU computing, servers, LED lighting, laser equipment, air conditioning, and any electrical products generating heat.
Packaging
All heat sinks, water cold plates, and heat pipes are packed in EPE foam within cartons. Cartons feature strong wooden frame protection and waterproof transparent film wrapping. Larger heat sinks or water cooling plates may use wooden cartons with thick EPE foam for superior impact protection.
