Custom Cold Plate Solutions
The drive toward higher power and more compact packages makes liquid cooling essential in many applications. Manufacturing Process
Each heat sink undergoes multiple processes including drawing design, CNC machining, friction stir welding, soldering, assembly, skiving and extrusion, testing, and finally surface treatment.

All heat sinks, water cold plates, and heat pipes are packed in EPE foam within cartons. Cartons feature strong wooden frame protection and waterproof transparent film wrapping. Larger heat sinks or water cooling plates may use wooden cartons with thick EPE foam for superior impact protection.
