Liquid cold plate uses a pump to circulate coolant through heat pipes to efficiently dissipate heat. The heat absorption component on the radiator (called the heat absorption box in liquid cooling systems) is designed to manage thermal output from various applications including computer CPUs, North Bridge components, graphics cards, lithium batteries, 5G communication equipment, UPS and energy storage systems, and large photovoltaic inverters.
