Our advanced tube liquid cold plate technology optimizes the contact area between liquid tubes and cooling surfaces to deliver superior thermal performance. The patented geometry ensures maximum tube-to-plate and tube-to-device contact, minimizing interface resistance across all contact surfaces.
To further enhance performance, we apply thermal epoxy to the tube/plate joint, creating a gap-free thermal interface between the tube and cold plate.
Product Construction
Our liquid cold plates feature copper or stainless steel tubing mechanically interlocked into aluminum plates. These cost-effective solutions are specifically designed for low to medium power density applications.
The tube liquid cold plates incorporate a joint-free continuous tube press-fit into an extruded aluminum plate, available in various pass configurations to meet different performance requirements.
