Features longitudinal channels formed through deep hole drilling and milling, connected via friction stir welding for superior compression strength and thin profile. This technology is successfully applied to high-power fiber laser liquid cooled heat sinks.
Manufacturing Process
Our heat sinks undergo multiple processes including drawing design, CNC machining, friction stir welding, soldering, assembly, skiving, extrusion, testing, and surface treatment to ensure highest quality standards.

Packaging Details
All heat sinks, water cold plates, and heat pipes are packed in EPE foam within cartons. Additional protection is provided by wooden frames and waterproof transparent film. Larger components may use wooden cartons with thick EPE foam for superior protection against impact.
